1. Payment Terms are NET IMMEDIATE.

2. IMMEDIATE = Upon ordering and/or receipt of items. 

3. Payment options include:

4. Orders may be discussed on the phone however an email to trophy@eclipsetrophy.com is preferred to properly document the order, or through this site www.eclipsetrophy.com.

5. Orders exceeding $1,000 will require a 50% deposit. 

6. Order processing and production time is 7-10 business days. This time frame does not include shipping. However, if you need us to turn your order around more quickly we will make every effort to do so. 

7. Proofs will be sent only at customers request.
